    I do that! I try to periodically roll my shoulders and sort of loosen them and lower them. Imagine being a swan -- you want a long neck vs. a turtle. I also try and keep my arms lower vs. letting them get higher (more waist vs. breast). I also try not to clench my fists, but keep my fingers open.

    As crazy as it sounds doing that stuff does help.
