In keeping with my current kitchen theme...
What is currently on top of your fridge? Is that its permanent home?
I'd love to keep our cereal boxes on top of the fridge to make the top of the pantry less cluttered. A few things have been tossed up there, but I generally try to keep the top of the fridge cleared so it doesn't look messy (per DH's wishes - I have no problem with fridge-top stuff).
So, just trying to figure out if other people keep things on top of their fridge and if there's an attractive way to do so.

Usually we have nothing up there, but we had our housewarming party a week ago and now have some serving bowls and platters, a big bag of Costco corn chips, and some bread rolls up there from the party.

Nothing. There are cabinets right over top of the fridge so there isn't room to put anything there.

NOTHING!!!
OK, I'm screaming because that is a fairly new development. It was piled high with all the things I didn't want the girls to get into or just stuff I wasn't sure what to do with. There is a cabinet up there and it was impossible to access. But a few weeks back, I cleaned off the entire thing. And now, I can get to the alcohol. YAY ME!!Veronica

Um, I wish nothing but we have a small kitchen and not a lot of cabinet space. Right now there are 3 cereal boxes, a tupperware of baking supplies, some manuals to kitchen applicances, and DS' lunch bag. I hope to one day have nothing over my fridge.
I just need to find enough cabinet space for those darn cereal boxes!

We have a cabinet above the fridge, but there is about 6 inches of space so we keep a few things up there--bread, kitchen scale, garlic keeper, and peanut butter.
