Rustic Reception Idea

Hello,
I'm going to be getting married in the fall. We are out in the suburbs and are hoping for a more rustic ambiance at our reception than what is offered at your typical banquet hall or hotel ballroom. We've found a few places like the Bryon Colby Barn in Praire Crossing and the Metropolis Ballroom in Arlington heights, but they both seem too small. (Although we are trying to shrink it) our guest list is between 200 and 250.
Does anybody have any ideas of where we could find a barn-like cabin-like or wooden lodge- like place that's big enough for a wedding reception?
We are hoping to find something close to IL Rt 53; north of the toll booths and as far north as Mundelein.

Have you thought of having tents along with the barn to have more space? You can find event tent rentals where you can have set up and perhaps even attached to one of the entrances of the barn. What type of wedding favors are you going to have for your rustic reception?
