I am big busted and can't do buckle carriers. I would suggest giving a Mei Tai a try. No choking chest clip, and a totally customizable fit. You could easily sell or trade your Ergo on the babywearer.
A baby wearing meeting would be awesome for you to try!

I hated mine too. I returned it and bought a Beco and I was much happier! The Ergo just didn't fit me well.
