Love this cookbook! His first cookbook was called "Now Eat This!" (haven't tried it) - and he just came out with a second cookbook called "Now Eat This! DIET"
This latter cookbook has several recipes that are either 1200cals or 1400cals. The recipes I have tried so far are yummy and even picky DH agrees. I love having a cookbook that is focused on healthy living and whole grains that already has the calories worked out.
