    Default Bibs!

I want bibs that are cute, fabric/terry but with a dry/waterproof layer in the middle. DS2 is soaking his clothes lately with teething. Why can't i find what i want? I dont want te vinyl feeding bibs, those are for meals!

    Etsy? Ebay?

Boy do I have bibs for you...my LO is a huge drooler and I got him these bibs...

They are really soft and absorbent and the water proof layer protects his clothes.

I always used the Carter's waterproof bibs..... they had a layer of waterproofing between the material, so that all the drool didn't cover baby.

    Good luck!

I'll go there tomorrow since i have a store credit! I looked in Babies R Us yesterday and didn't see anything, but I bet if they carried the Carters bibs they were probably over in the clothing section!

And thanks to the PP too - i'll check on those!

    Thanks!

I really like BRUS brand Koala bibs. I bought the 10 pack in white so they go with everything. Spa Silk also makes some nice larger bibs that my mom has gotten for us at Marshalls. I also have a few of the over the head terry bibs from Target (usually have Sesame Street characters on them) or from Koala Baby at BRUS.

Just a word of caution re: Carter's bib: the velcro doesn't work very well after a few wash. I bought some bibs from Carter myself and had some hand-me-down. Though I like the waterproof layer, the velcro stops working very soon after. It's quite irritating. It doesn't stay together at all.

I don't have any great suggestion for you. DS is teething like mad too AND he likes to pull on his bib too. I just have a bunch of bibs from various places (they don't have the waterproof layer) and rotate them throughout the day.

Try and find "SillyBillyz." they're the best bibs we ever had. I'm still using DD1s old Silly Billyz bibs with DD2 and they look practically new. We have the regular bib but they also come with sleeves. Pretty much the best bibs ever.

We also have a Mimi the Sardine bib we really like.

Eta: Here's the kind of bib we have and LOVE: http://www.sillybillyzusa.com/home/p...ce-Pocket-Bibs

here's a good description of the bib from a reviewer on epinions: http://www.epinions.com/review/Silly...t_414060744324

We used the Carters bibs, but as PP noted, the velcro is useless. We added metal snaps to them, right through the existing velcro. Worked beautifully.
