My multi quote button is gone

When the system switched to the new look, my multi quote button disappeared. I switched it back to original theme because i prefer it to the new look, but now at the bottom of each post it just has the quick response button, the regular quote button, but not the one with the " so that I can quote multiple posts. Any idea how I can get it back? I know from talking to other BBBers that they can still see the multi quote button.
