Absolutely. There are a number of picnic tables outside the park and many people "tailgate" in the parking lot LOL! I was totally serious above about walking to Red Robin. It's a 5-10 minute walk, and you'll get a full service meal for less than the price of a crappy counter service meal at SP.

There's also a Cheeburger! Cheeburger! that opened within the last year or so.
