It sounds like you are super healthy and very conscious of what you are eating. I would try to relax and just do what you think is best.

FWIW, I am not a vegetarian but have had terrible morning sickness (still at 26 weeks!) and have been surviving off boiled potatoes, rice chex, and graham crackers. My doctor reassures me that the baby will take what it needs from my body and to just eat the best I can when I can.
