Default How do you organize info re possible future kids activities?

I always have a ton of brochures and schedules and the like laying around, stuff I pick up when out and also some that comes by mail. Anyone have a good way to corral and organize this paper? I was thinking maybe a monthly tickler file? I typically think about this stuff for a while before acting on it and then I can't find the darn info!

    TIA.

thank you for posting this! I have a page on the kitchen table I don't know what to do with, but I may call to register her for an art activity for this Friday.

I have a folder for each kid on in the Desk Apprentice in the kitchen. I added one called "summer camps" for all those random things I was collecting. So far, it works for me.

It's on a shelf, all together. Nothing fancy but I keep them all together and it really helps.

I look up their websites and keep them filed on my computer.

I do combinations of binders and computer bookmarks, but if it's a dated event, I will also put an event into Outlook several weeks ahead to remind me to look at the website or register or whatever needs to be done. So for example, I have a printed list of the $1 movies for the summer in a binder but then I also entered some specific movies that I don't want to miss into my Outlook calendar so when I do my weekly planning, I won't miss that week.

    Always a work in progress...
