Mom to two amazing DDs ('07 & '09) and a fur baby.
Gluten free since Nov '11 after non-celiac gluten sensitive diagnosis. Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.
Thanks for posting this!

Yep, though I have no end of adult acne, and have been offered this as a solution by many doc's, I've always turned it down. They've known about it for YEARS.
I always thought that this was why they kept re-naming/repackaging it - first Yasmin, then Beyaz and then Yaz, you know? Assuming that women would be swayed by marketing, I guess.
That's a long way of saying that I am not surprised.

There was an article in the latest issue of Marie Claire talking about the NuvaRing and how blood clots are an issue there as well.

Didn't see that article but came across a lot of blogs and other sites with that complaint and it looks like a class action suit too. I've been researching BC now that I've had Mirena removed and my obgyn had been singing the praises of Nuvaring, but I just won't take the chance.

If I remember correctly the patch had blood clot issues too. I guess many do to some extent, but it sounds like Yaz has higher potential.
