    Default Baby mum-mums

Not sure where to put this, as it's not really food...

What do you all think about baby mum-mums? Our pedi suggested using them today at our appt, so I just thought I'd check in with you all here.

LOVE them. The are what I uses as a first finger food. My DS doesn't have any teeth yet, and these are great because they melt in his mouth.

At what age did you start using them?

    Love them!!
I know you can get them at Target in the baby food aisle......and Whole Foods too.
If you're a SAms club member (or have a friend!) they sell a huge box there for about $3!!
I just started using them and I'm totally hooked now. They aren't messy like a traditional teething biscuit and if DD gets a bigger piece then I'd like, it melts so I don't have to worry about her choking.

I also love them and we still use them with DD at 17 months. We first gave them to her around 6 months.

DD loved them. They are like rice cakes for babies. I bought ours from BRU, IIRC.

Threads on this previously - in Food section.

Some people are dubious about using something "organic" and "made in China."

That's kind of how I feel about them. I use them for times when I really need to keep DS2 entertained, like today while my older kids were at swim lessons and he was stuck in the stroller. They aren't a regular menu item for us.

I don't put a lot of faith in anything organic but imported from China (I won't organic frozen veggies imported from China, for example).

We called them "car cookies" because they were the only way to keep DD happy in the car. I got them on Amazon S&S. They also have toddler mum mums, which DD also liked (they were flavored).

We used them forever and loved them!
