Yoga is good. I wish people wouldn't count themselves out of this beneficial practice because they think they can't. There is yoga for everyone.
I just signed up for Yogaglo and even though I practice at a studio and love it...I can't get there everyday and I want to do a class everyday. Enter Yogaglo. If it isn't for me I will know after 15 days, for sure.

Just did my first class this morning and I loved it. Kathryn Budig vinyasa flow. Fantastic.
