which one do you have? what's the best deal you have found?
I am looking at one step ahead $39.95 and buy buy baby $59.99...do you need to buy the edges? (they seem to be sold separately)

We have the solid ones (actually two sets!) from one step ahead. I did not get the edges. It is very thick and looks great in our play room. I would highly recommend them. I preferred solid over the one with the letters because everyone I know who has the ones with the letters complains that their kids pull the letters out and they spend too much time putting the playmat back together each night. Maybe I'm lucky, but out DD has never seemed too interested in pulling the solid playmat apart (she did it once or twice in the beginning and then got over the novelty of it).
