    Default Hair Dryer Recs

Just plugged in my hair dryer and it started smoking! So time for a new one I guess...anyone have one they really love? Thanks!

I like the professional dryers you can buy at TJ Maxx and Marshalls, those sorts of places. I like a really powerful dryer, but that might just be me. I bought mine, a Rusk, for about 30 dollars 4 years ago and it's still going strong with everyday use. When this one dies (no reason to think it will, other than they all do eventually) I'll go right back to TJ Maxx for another professional one.

    I have this one:

    and love it.

Best hair dryer I have ever had.

Much better than the more expensive T3 I had in the past.

Another rec for the babybliss on amazon - - just bought it 2 weeks ago with the ceramic curling iron and love BOTH of them...

It's a little heavy - but man i can't believe what a difference a more professional dryer makes - - for only about $10 more than a coniar at target!

Totally recommend that same one as above - used it almost everyday since i got it!

I'm going to be watching this thread. My hairdryer has started to make some funny noises, so I'm just waiting for it to die. I hope it doesn't start smoking like OPs!

This thing is amazing. I just dried my hair very straight in like three minutes. Thank you, thank you!

I bought this dryer in 2004 and use it almost daily. It's amazing. I love it and when my current one dies I'll most likely buy another one. I love that it has a cool/warm/hot setting, and a low and high speed (and the high isn't one of those horrible high speed ones that most dryers have). The Amazon price is a good one for it; I paid $50 for mine from another online beauty supply store.

Holy cow, Arivecchi - you weren't kidding! I ordered this and used it for the first time today and WOW! My hair was dry (and cute) in record time.

For those of you keeping score, Arivecchi and I are now using the same soap, hairdryer and facial sunblock...what will be next??
