14 weeks and still sick all.day.long
I'm sure I'm not the only one, right? Ugh. Why did I think it would be different this time? I was sick throughout both of my girl pregnancies, though it did get better at some point I don't recall. With DS, it subsided by around 16 weeks. This time, at 14 weeks, the all day nausea shows no signs of departing and I threw up 3x yesterday!
OTOH, I am starting to feel flutters occasionally, which is pretty cool. I also had to pull out the maternity clothes 3 weeks ago, so enough people know that I finally told my boss today. I telecommute, so I actually haven't seen him in over a year in person. I didn't want him accidentally finding out, though, since it's starting to become obvious to everyone I see IRL and some of them talk to my boss on occasion. He was gracious about it and said we can have a discussion about long term plans in a couple of weeks. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to handle 3 kids and my current 4 day work week. DH is really supportive of me quitting and doing a few freelance things throughout the year, but I'm nervous about the change.
