Looking for ideas....the 3 y/olds are twin boys and the 1 y/o has 2 older siblings so I imagine he already has a ton of toys.

My 2.5 yo DS LOVES our Magnatiles. They are large enough that they are not really a hazard for the 1 YO. And if the family already has some, with three kids, they would likely enjoy more.
Musical instruments might also be good. DS likes his drum even more that he did when he got it for his 1st birthday and it has held up well.

What's your budget?
The three year olds might also like stomp rockets.

"Someday, I am going to go to bed without toys on the floor and sippys in my sink. Things will stay where I put them and I can have nice, fragile items on display. But when I do, I will look around with a wistfullness in my heart and miss the days where vibrant imaginations ran wild and there was evidence of life happening around me all the time!"
Not sure what your budget is, but bath toys might work for all of the boys.

Depending on budget:
Magnatiles
Bruder trucks - I cannot way enough positive about these trucks. They get more play time in our house than any other truck ever has.
I always appreciate books. I love getting books for the boys since we read alot and they aren't just another toy in the playroom.

Magnatiles was going to be my vote as well.
