    Default water table recs?

We are going to get DD a water table for her birthday next month. I was looking into the Step 2 Play Basin but it is getting bad reviews.

Does anyone have a water table they are happy with? Not happy with? Any feedback? Good place to purchase?

We love our Step2 Naturally playful sand and water table. I got it on Amazon. The price bounces around a lot so I watched camelcamelcamel for a dip.

Ours isn't a water table per say...but we use it strictly use it with all water or all sand.

I've had it for 5 years now and my kids all love it and it's held up well. Easy to put together. I even used it in the house (water only) we have vinyl floors so I just laid down towels and let them play with it indoors when the weather was bad or cold out.

We've had this one for 4 years now and it still gets TONS of use from both boys and has held up well:

I've had the Step 2 sand and water combo table that we used all the time. Usually I either had water OR sand in it. But we moved and we got a separate sand box, so we didn't need a water table that was quite so big.

I ended up getting a step 2 water wheel table from Walmart. My girls (5 and 1yrs old) LOVE this table. They both can play with it easily. They don't get bored with it. It's smaller so it actually fits on my porch, and it's easy to empty, clean and refill. It was a fantastic purchase - about $35 or so I think.

I was worried that a water table like this would be too short or boring for my 5 year old - but I was totally wrong!! She plays with it as much or more than the baby!!

This is the one we have too. I found the best price on Wal-Mart.com. Love it. I've filled it with all water, I've filled it with all sand, and I'm about to do half & half. In these hot, sunny summer months I love the little umbrella too. It's great to have a little extra shade for DD when she's out there playing.

We have the new Little Tikes one and DS2 loves it. He played with it for 3 days inside the house before it even had water in it! The ball drop is cool. I didn't have any problems putting it together like some of the reviews said. I have the Step2 one sitting in the box in my garage waiting to be returned. I don't know why the Amazon price for the Little Tikes one is so high right now-- we paid around $35 for it on Amazon.
