I know it's early - but I've started scouring cl for a playtoys dollhouse for DD who will be just shy of 2 at Christmas. I really like the look of the Chalet.
Any opinions on it? What would be a good price to pay on CL? Starting early so I can get a good deal.

We have it. Not sure about CL pricing, but I believe it was $150-175 new with furniture included a couple of years ago. It's pretty open and easy to play with and rearrange since it is two separate pieces. I have boys and think it would get more play if we had fewer other toys to choose from! I love it though and it does get some play, though the Imaginext and Playmobil get more. It is pretty sturdy and I think a 2 year old would be ok with most of the pieces. Good luck!
