So I have been trying to figure out the differences between these 2 sets and why one is so much more expensive. 4324 is bigger I guess. It doesn't look like there are too many more parts. 5923 is a Toys R Us exclusive but since TRU isn't exactly cheap, I am thinking there has to be some major difference since they aren't going to be giving me a bargain.

The one set it considerably bigger and you can expand by adding an additional floor if you want to. The bigger school also has bathrooms, which are fun.

Okay thanks. Doesn't seem like a huge difference for the price and I got the TRU one for 30% off so that is good enough for my nephew!
