Default Please recommend gear for Very Active KICKER!

    Hello,

My 3 month DS has become an extremely active and hard kicker. I've seen a few items but they need to be attached to a crib. We have not moved him to his room yet so he still sleeps in his bassinet in our bedroom. A friend recommended this: http://www.amazon.com/Little-Tikes-5...4894153&sr=1-2
It seems you need to place it against a wall to keep it from moving when the baby kicks. My boy kicks verrrry hard so I'm not sold on this item. Can anyone recommend something else for my little David Beckham??

What about something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-O...4896769&sr=1-7

My MIL had this for DD and DD loved kicking the ball around.

It's funny, as I'm reading this thread my 12 wk DS is kicking like a madman at his large Mr. Whoozit that I have strapped to one of the arcs of his play mat. I've just been propping him up on a boppy like pillow and either placing something kickable in front of him (and then he has fun kicking it over) or above him but dangling down. My play mat (a Tiny Love Gymini from a few years ago) also has a foot kicker thingy that plays music when baby kicks (like this http://www.amazon.com/Tiny-Love-Disc...4901982&sr=1-6) ... also the Fisher Price rainforest bounce seat we have has a kick (or hand) activated thing that plays music and has lights and sound - DS loves that too. http://www.amazon.com/Fisher-Price-K.../dp/B000I2WB6G

We also set DD up so she could easily kick one of the poles of her activity gym, and it would cause a song to play and some lights to flash. They don't sell ours anymore but I know many of them can do this.

You may also like the Kickin Coaster but not sure if it's still too early, when they kick against the mesh they can slide back (or you can lock it) and it has lights and music then too: http://www.amazon.com/First-Years-Ki.../dp/B002WN2BZA The more force the more they move, so if he really likes to kick hard this could be good.
