    Default HA exchanges to/from Canada??

Has anyone done an exchange at HA from Canada?? I bought DD a size 130 puffer coat and snowboarder pants, which I figured would be plenty big, and now I think she needs at least the 140! Ack! The jacket would be ok for this year, but would be too small by next year. Frankly, I'm not sure the pants would even be ok for her this year! Sigh. I see that you can return HA stuff to a Canadian address (Ontario), which saves some on shipping... so how does it work with an exchange - do I have to contact customer service or something first? I've never had to do an exchange with HA before. Ugh, I am sensing this is going to cost me a pretty penny. So much for buying stuff on sale. Bye-bye money saved! I am assuming I'll have to pay shipping again for the new size?

I've only had to exchange for their quality issues (holes in playdresses), so I shipped to the address on the label and they sent me a knew one.

Thanks, Melissa. I chatted online with the HA customer service rep and she said that I should send the item(s) to the Ontario address and then re-order the item via the customer service line (because the stock is getting down a bit, I guess) and tell them it is for a merchandise exchange. She said they would ship it for free since it is an exchange. Yay! So, at least, I'll only be out the shipping to get it to Ontario (which I'm sure will be plenty, thank you Canada Post - LOL).
