Another Diva Cup issue...
I love love my diva cup, but I consistently have this issue where on the first (light) day or so of my period, when I put the cup in, it gives me lots of pain- crampy. Like the vacuum seal is too strong or something. However, for the remaining days of my period it's totally fine. What's up with that? I have an IUD so I always worry it's going to suck it out...

Never had that problem but when I'm just spotting, I don't use the Diva, just a liner. Maybe you shouldn't use it on day 1 and see if the cramps are really from the Diva.
