Can anyone recommend an yoga program i can follow online? I'm a little overwhelmed with the options. I have p90x yoga. Should i just stick with that?

I have a membership to www.yogaglo.com and I enjoy it VERY much. I am a huge fan of Kathryn Budig but there are lots of instructors there. You can trial it for free for two weeks.

This looks great! Thanks to the OP for asking the question. I can't fit classes at a studio into my schedule and I have a wrist situation that makes a lot of poses impossible for me, but this looks like it might really work for me since I can pick and choose and do it on my own schedule.
