    Default Keep or Toss?

Came home from the grocery store and forgot to empty a bag. Left pre-made, refrigerated mashed potatoes (the Diner's Choice/Simply Potatoes kind) out for 3 hours in the house, but we are in FL and it is anything but cold here. AC was on, but not like it's in the 60s in here or anything. They were still somewhat cold. I wouldn't really worry too much, but they have dairy in them - sour cream in one. I'm super paranoid lately after being hospitalized with food poisoining a couple of months ago. They aren't for Thanksgiving. They were BOGO, so only $4 lost if I toss.

I'd totally keep them, but if you're paranoid toss 'em in the name of peace of mind.

I'd keep, I'd heat them thoroughly. But I tend to be on the "keep" side.

I'd keep. They are full of preservatives and 3 hours is still within the safe zone.
