Your favorite Dr. Seuss books?

DS is really loving Dr. Seuss. His favorites:

I Wish that I had Duck Feet
The Cat in the Hat
Green Eggs and Ham

He's not so much into the repetitive ones like Go Dog, Go!, or One Fish, Two Fish. He will tolerate 10 Apples Up On Top, but he really prefers a story. I put The Cat in the Hat Comes Back on his wish list, but what other ones are good? We have Sneetches, and we're starting to get into that one as well. Suggestions?

I like the Lorax. It's my favorite.

I like the Lorax and Fox in Socks (that one is definitely not for everyone though...I loved it as a kid though, so I read it to mine).

DS is also a big Dr. Seuss fan, and he has gone through stages where he has wanted one particular book over and over again. Not only can I read Fox in Socks without stumbling, there are parts I can probably recite from heart.

I love the Footbook, There's a Wocket in my Pocket and Marvin K. Moony. DD actually doesn't like Dr. Suess The only Dr. S. book that she actually likes is Mr. Brown Can Moo. It makes me sad.

The Lorax, I LOVE this book. It teaches about how greed can destroy the earth.

The Sneetches and Other Stories is hands down my favorite Dr. Suess book. It is not as well known as many of the others, but it is really really great.

Horton Hears a Who is also really great, as is of course the Lorax!

The Lorax is my absolute favorite (I know the first 2/3 of it by heart).

But Sneetches and Other Stories would be my sentimental favorite (The Pale Green Pants reminds me of my childhood)
