My recent drugstore.com order included two mascaras that I did not order. They were full-size, $24 each mascaras so I knew it must have been a mistake! I sent them an e-mail today telling them what happened and asking how I return them. They just replied saying I can keep them without being charged since it was their mistake! Amazing. I'm sure they couldn't resell them anyway because of the contamination risk (in case I had used them - which I didn't), but I'm still really impressed by their customer service.

Now if only they could speed up their shipping times.
