I was trying to place my holiday card order with a code that was expiring last night. The computer system was completely bogged down and I kept getting error messages when I went to checkout. I just wanted to go to bed but didn't want to lose my 25% off, so I did the online chat customer service. After explaining my problem, the guy said it would be easier to discuss on the phone, he called me immediately and told me that their servers were overloaded and he assured me that I would be able to get the discount today. He said he would call between 1PM and 11PM. He called me today at about 1:20, was able to honor the discount code, placed my order and gave me free upgraded shipping because of the inconvenience. I am a happy customer.
