Haba Blocks

So, I'm looking for some blocks for 13-month old DD. At first I planned to get her some lego duplo set, but when we had a play date the other day, there was lego duplo there and she doesn't seem to care much about it, maybe not yet, I think when she's 2 she might be interested.

I saw this Haba blocks:

Another thing I'm considering getting her is this:
http://www.amazon.com/Kidoozie-Garde...5109410&sr=1-5 I know she likes to pull them apart and interested in the velcro lol. But, she's doesn't know how to do the cutting part yet.

Appreciate if you will share you other favorite toys for a 13-month old. I prefer non-electronic toys if possible. Thank you.

We had this first set of blocks from Haba when DD was about 14 mo. She loved it, especially the piece with the mirror.

5 years later they are mixed in with our regular blocks and still get used. HTH
