Toys R Us return?

Is there any chance that Toys R Us will take an item back (purchased online less than a month ago) without the original packaging? I should have kept the box, but it was flimsy and got ripped apart.

Wall climbing spider worked only once...is defective. Are they going to refuse to take it back?

Do you still have the packing receipt?
I would guess that they won't, but they may if you have the receipt.

The other option is to purchase another, then return the old one in the new packaging.

You can try, but you'll probably have better luck with the manufacturer. TRU is notoriously bad for returns. I go out of my way to avoid spending money there because I think their policies are so bad.

I believe if you have the rewards card they can look up your purchases with that.
