    Default MFP and exercise

Any thoughts on what category to file a boot camp style class? Cardio and strength? 2 days in a row I've done new classes and the first was knd if like Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred with x minutes of cardio, x minutes of weights and some abs then repeat. Today's class was a non stop hour of weight training (a gazillion squats of various forms). Heart rate up the whole time and lots of efficiency of movement (chest plus abs, arms and legs together). Do they go under circuit training? Thanks!

I eventually had to get a HRM as it was so annoying not to know. My Ripped in 30 work outs were 388 calories (from one entry) bootcamp was as high as 500 calories for 60 mins of working out.

I classify bootcamp as circuit training on MFP as well.
