I'm doing a decent job logging, but not a good job cutting back. Also, I'm struggling with logging on the weekend. I'll try harder this weekend. Last weekend we were camping and well, it just went out the window.

I've had huge success with MFP since posting on this thread in January. If you are thinking about joining or have slacked off -- join us!

My diet changes have made such an impact on my weight and life. We were on a beach vacation last week, and I felt comfortable in a bathing suit for the first time in years! I'm basically at my goal weight now, but would like to lose another 10 pounds and then really work on toning. My plan is to join either Barre3 or a local CrossFit gym in September. (I know -- could I be interested in two gyms that were any more different??!)
