    I'd do a green salad, maybe baby greens, avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, etc, & probably serve it with a citrus vinaigrette.

    Asparagus with a squeeze of lemon would be great as would a green salad with citrus vinaigrette.

    My first thought was asparagus even though I don't like it. You could also do steamed broccoli.
