Pigs in a Blanket?
Do you do anything special to your pigs in a blanket recipe or do you just use cocktail sausages and crescent rolls and that's it?
I keep seeing recipes where people brush the tops with egg or add mustard etc. I'm wondering if any of that really makes them taste better or if I should stick to the old tried and true method?
PS. I also saw that lots of people make them with hot dogs and while I loooove hot dogs I think they wouldn't be nearly as good.

I've never heard if them not made with hot dogs. You make them with sausage? Hmm, that sounds good too.

I usually do the cocktail sausages + crescent dough, but I saw this on Pinterest this morning and think I have to try it one time!
