Does your face get fat during pregnancy?

Yes! Add in the whole chloasma "mask of pregnancy" crazy pigmentation and it's a fun time for photos.

Yes! My nose widens, my chin doubles and my cheeks do as well.
I never really notice how bad it gets until I look at pics after the birth, but yes, my face gains tons of weight!

Yes. My nurse actually attributed to swelling like you get in your ankles/water weight, but I'm not sure.

The good thing is my face was among the first things to return back to normal. After DS1, maybe 2 weeks later a (childless male) friend told me "hey, your face is back to normal!" or something like that.

Judging by the pics I just looked at from my shower yesterday the double chin is in full effect and I strongly resemble a whale. A cute whale....but still

No, but I always retain fluid after delivery. So my face and hands get fat then.

You guys make me feel better! I'm normally very slim and it makes me really self conscious when it goes to my face. Some on my friends are pregnant and further along and their faces look fine : ( at least I know I'm not the only one.

I tend to gain the pregnancy weight in basketball style fashion and I retain no water (I am very grateful for that, believe me!) yet I still think my face looks just a bit different. It's hard to put my finger on what it is, though.
