That's a good idea. I think she can - I already have in writing what he was given to read during his initial academic testing, and what he was actually able to read of that material. I believe they are doing the same thing with every passage they give him. I had him read some at home these past few nights. Last night it was amazing. Tonight it was not as good. One of the things they work on is teaching hm to control his visual/perceptual disorientations. They cautioned me that he is still learning to control them and it will take awhile for him to do it all the time. So we will keep working. I'm excited for the parent/teacher meeting but still wondering if the school could really learn this unique approach.
