    Oh my ; that's what comes from scanning the boards on the phone will doing laundry on Friday evening. Yikes!

    I had a very similar experience dealing with B&N over the Skuut order in Dec. They sent me the right item, but only after telling me my order was cancelled, during which time I snapped up a Strider bike. They wouldn't accept it back in store, and the free returns label they promised never arrived. I ended up selling it on CL.
