Default how much cow's milk for 1yo?

so far DD is getting 4oz bottle in the morning before lunch, and then 2oz at night. She eats 4oz yogurt as a snack after her nap. So 10oz cow's milk per day. DOes that sound about right? I am still nursing her 3x a day (morning, before nap, and at nighttime). Thing is, I have no idea how much she is getting from me (i haaaate pumping, i rarely do it these days). My DD is pretty huge and seems hungry all the time, and seems infuriated whenever she finishes a bottle. I just never know how much is enough! I remember our ped saying 16 oz per day as a guideline, and cautioning over not feeding toddler too much milk (because they eat less solid food and can become anemic as a result) and i guess that is my concern too.

Our ped said no more than 20 oz a day but I have no idea how that works with breastfeeding too.

My ped said that breastmilk should be included in the "total".
