Latest version of the Pikkolo?

So I've been happily wearing my DD in a Moby, but she's getting bigger and I've decided to get a Pikkolo for our next carrier. I;m looking online and some sites mention the "newest version" of the Pikkolo....anyone know when the "newest version" was released? Was it 2011 or is there an updated 2012 version? TIA!

I believe it was in 2011 and there are some YouTube videos explaining the changes.

Also, have you looked into the beco Gemini? It's very similar to the pikkolo except the belt is sewn in instead of separately attached in the pikkolo.

Thank you! Yes, the Beco Gemini was the other top choice for me...luckily, I had one friend who has the Gemini, and another that has the Pikkolo, so I got to do a real comparison. It was close, they're really similar.

I have a Pikkolo from 2010 and love it. Love love love - from infant to 1 year or so. Past that I preferred the Ergo. I got mine at frogmama.com

I checked on frogmama and she is indeed selling the new version. It must be from 2011 or later. She has videos about how it works.
