Is it always $9? I don't mind waiting for slower shipping but it looks like 3-day shipping is the only option....am I missing something?
Also... there seems to be NOTHING in a size 3T not even new collections...am I missing something?

It is usually $9 unless they are running a special like spend $100 and get free shipping. I have not heard of an upcoming sale for the fourth but maybe they will have something then.

This kind of defeats the purpose, but if you place an order from the store, it's free shipping to your home. My very nice sister placed an order at a store for a shirt that ds wore to a wedding.
