Default Back carry in soft structured carrier

I did a back carry with my almost 1 year old DD today for the first time. DH had to put her in the carrier. Is there a way to do it myself? I have looked on YouTube and found nothing. If it matters, I have a cybex 2 go. TIA.

Put him on the front way, put your knee up on a chair, then scootch scooth scootch him around till he's on your back, then fasten. Good to have a spotter until you're confident at it.

Yep, that. I also practiced sitting in the middle of my bed when I didn't have DH to help if anything went wrong.

Thank you both. This freaks my DH out so much not sure how much he will want to be the spotter. He was convinced she was going to hate (she didn't) or would fall out (she was completely secure). Trying to get ready for a trip to the UK. Last time they did not let us get our stroller back until after customs so I put DD in the carrier. At 21+ pounds she needs to be on my back at this point.
