I just took my first cardio kickboxing class this morning and it was so much fun. I got such a great workout. I'm hoping that my cardio can be that and Zumba plus pseudo cardio like in Group Power vs running. Running has gotten so dull for me except that every 5th run which just feels awesome. . Anyway, I was nervous about trying it bc my cardio could be better (I didn't know if I could keep up!). But, I did great and pleased that I kept up with the really fit looking people. If you can, give one of those classes a try!
