Fall Shopping Thread

I haven't shopped yet, but I love everyone's choices! I see a lot of your Boden picks that are calling my name....

I know that I want a denim jacket, and some scarves. I still need to pick up some accessories to jazz up my outfits!

I also want a great winter dress - I like the Boden cord one. I have just rediscovered dresses - I forgot that you don't have to be able to pull together an outfit if you just put a dress on!

Oooh! I want to play. I rarely post in this forum but am a devotee of the fashion threads! I got hooked last year after buying a Suzi Chin dress site unseen based on Arivecchi's recommendation. It was a great addition to my wardrobe.

I'm trying to get brave enough to post outfits but I have to lose some weight before I'm comfortable with that. Here are three things I just got from the Nordstrom anniversary sale. I didn't have a chance to go in person so I bought them from the web and am excited that they all fit. I'm most excited about the cardigan. I think it will go with a lot. The flare pants seem a little itchy but the sale price wasn't bad and I always need black pants so I'm keeping them. I'm a little thrown off by the color of the aster weave pants. Looks more brown than black and I'm never sure what to put on top of non-solid pants. But they fit well so I think I will keep them and get them shortened.

I'm really bummed that they cancelled my order on this: http://tinyurl.com/9v9yeds because they ran out of my size. I think it would have gone well with the cardigan.

I would personally go for red denim if I were on the hunt for colored jeans. I am actually thinking of red Theory pants for fall and winter. Great way to brighten up a wardrobe but still look chic and professional.

Oooh la la. I need a piper lime sale!! I love some of the styles that you all have posted on here. I am just so unsure what sizes to get some of these skinny jeans... I fit in 28 of the sanctuary pants and feel like that is right but want to lose about 6 more lbs before I buy my "forever jeans" for this winter. That and it is still in the high 90s for our foreseeable future in the south!

It should be about all I need for a Florida "winter" coat.

I haven't really bought much yet for fall. Last year I went a little sweater happy, only to have an unusually mild winter (and our winter weather is really more like autumn in other parts of the country), so I have a lot of barely worn clothes from last year.

The one thing I really do need is a new bag, now that I am finally done, for the first time in more than eight years, with diapers.
