I found it at Best Buy for 19.99 (the blu ray with digital download and dvd). I don't know about other places but thought I'd chime in with info I did have to help out.

Got the same at target for 19.99. I don't even have a blue ray player.... But that was the best deal so I could have a regular DVD and a digital copy to load on our iPads and iPods. The target sale said $5 off $24.99 IF you bought a dr suess book with it...but I didn't get the book and it still rang up $19.99

It is $14.99 at TRU through tomorrow. Not sure if it is Blu-Ray or regular version.

If there is still a blockbuster near you, they have it for either $15 or $19 (can't remember which), then you get a $10 gift card at the register, which the guy at my Blockbuster said you can use right then and there. So, either $5 or 10 for the DVD version. Blu ray has the same deal but is more expensive.

Costco had the DVD/BluRay and Digital copy pack for $19.99. I'm hoping to find a rebate for it too...need to look around.

Safeway has a great deal going with this movie. We got the blu ray set for $19.99 and about$12 in free snacks and crayons.
