We just cut out all grains from our diet about two weeks ago. We've been eating meat and lots and lots of vegetables, salads and tuna/chicken/egg salad. Cold roasted veggies are delicious, you can easily take cold roasted chicken on a picnic/trip, and definitely check out some of the almond flour/coconut flour "baked goods." They're super filling and pretty delicious. I made these pancakes today for breakfast with some sausage on the side... and then I ate a cold pancake later on as a snack and it was even more delicious!
