    Default Male diaper bag

I want to give a gift to a male friend of mine who is in the process of adopting a baby. He commented that he is upset at only being able to find feminine appearing diaper bags. I've shown him the "diaper dude" back pack I got for my husband, but thats not really his thing. He's more the trendy, stylsh, messenger bag type. For example, this is the bag he carries to work. Any suggestions of a bag that may work for him? Thanks.

Ju-Ju-Be? They have a messenger (Be All) or the Be Hip which is a long messenger. I love both of them. Both come in plain colors or patterns that look more masculine.

The skip hop duo in black, grey or one of the more masculine patterns would work and its a great bag, so functional.

How about a diaper wallet, then he can change a more stylish bag into a diaper bag. I had one like this in all black.

Diaper Dude makes a messenger style bag that I think is stylish:

Along the same lines of Skip Hop, the Via bag would be a bigger option than the Duo:

If you're feeling very generous, PPB has a line for men, called Scout:

Personally, I also prefer the messenger style, so the diaper bag we use is by Boba. DH wears it all the time, no problem. The "Glacier" color is very daddy-friendly! It's discontinued now, but you can still find it on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Boba-Shoulder-.../dp/B005U246BM

I bought my brother and my brother-in-law each a messenger-style bag from DadGear:

    http://dadgear.com/gear/Standard/2/1/7/Messenger-Bags

My brother gets complimented all the time on his stylish messenger bag, though he's not a big fan of it as a diaper bag. (He didn't explain why, but his son was a preemie with severe reflux & allergies, so maybe it was the amount of stuff it could carry?)

I bought the backpack style for my DH, but he never took to it, reasoning that any time he'd be out & about with DD, I'd also be along. I co-opted it when she started to "outgrow" my stopgap large-purse-with-changing-pod solution.

    Dh has this one:

I picked this one because it has a checklist of necessary items screen printed under the flap.

Kind of late notice, but I just checked Zulily today and they have some DadGear bags on sale: http://www.zulily.com/e/dadgear-0913...5&tab=last-day (the link will work once you sign up for an account; it's free and immediately approved)

P.S. If you've never ordered from Zulily, they have excellent customer service, however, you have to be willing to wait on your purchase. If time is on your side, then this might be a good option to save some money.
