    Yes, extremely easy. I also would put it on before I left the house in the winter and put my coat on over it. When we got to where we were going, I would just pop Harper out of her car seat and into the k'tan. The knot in the middle of my back was a little annoying in the car, but not bad for short trips around town. Also, I had a one size too big fleece peacoat from lands end that was perfect for fitting around both of us.

    My little ones liked the Hotslings pouch for a cradle carry. I loved that they were compact and easy to just pop in the diaper bag. Looks like they now have an adjustable pouch... interesting. https://www.hotslings.com/instructions

    Thanks so much for all the links So many options...so I'm still confused..lol!! I might just end up getting more than one to test on baby and return what doesn't work

    Thanks again. I decided to order one from Amazon. Gotta love their free returns if it doesn't work out. Considering ordering a hotsling too to see which I like better .
