I'm looking for inspiration and ideas! I am still down 13 pounds, but have been slow to lose any more. Post your snack ideas too!

BREAKFAST: face yogurt with blueberries
SNACK: lara bar
LUNCH: cottage cheese with pineapple OR egg white omelet with guacamole and salsa OR salad
SNACK: hummus and carrots and some chips
DINNER: varies but chicken breast or more yogurt or salad or canned tuna or salmon filet or sushi

Breakfast - steel cut oats with blueberries and splash of almond milk and I make scrambled eggs for DD and me (2 whole eggs and 1/2 cup egg whites)
Snack 1 - homemade protein pancakes or cottage cheese with cinnamon and strawberries
Lunch - Protein shake or leftovers
Snack 2 - cut up carrots/peppers dipped in greek yogurt
Dinner - protein (fish or chicken), lots of veggies and brown rice
Of course I cheat here and there too
