    Default Frye boots fit question

I love the Missy Tall Frye boots I got during the crazy sale a month ago. The fit is great for my foot however they are fairly large in the ankle and calf. I haven't worn them yet--just tried them on a couple of times--but I'm concerned they will stretch out and become loser after wear. Anyone have a guess?

They definitely stretch when there is something pressing against them to stretch them. If yours are already lose in the ankle and calf, then I don't think they would stretch because they don't have a tight fit/calf pressing against them to stretch them. Does that make sense? My Jane's have stretched a lot - but that is because they were tight in the calf and they stretched to fit my calf. The foot part, for example, wasn't too tight and fit fine. It isn't too big or stretched now, since I didn't have a tight foot pressing against them to do that.

That makes a lot of sense, thanks! I haven't owned a pair of tall boots before so I didn't have anything to compare these too.
