My friend wants me to try a hula dance class w/ her, and I'm planning on trying one out hopefully in the next month or two. Just wondering if anyone here takes cardio hula dancing to work out. I love my Zumba class and I've also been getting a good workout in my cardio kickboxing class once a week. But I thought I'd try cardio hula out and wondered how much of a workout it provides, and if anyone else has tried it here. Thank you!
